As the lead partner of the Carers Agency Partnership, Norfolk Carers Support manage the Norfolk Carers Advice Line. This is a friendly local advice line for carers looking for emotional support and information and advice over the phone. Please contact 0808 808 9876 to speak to one of the friendly team.
Alison is the Service Delivery Manager for the Advice Line.. The Advice Line Workers are Helen, Richard, Emma, Ally and Jane.
Carers Support Leads
Managed by Alison, our Carers Support Leads (Murdo, Stacy, Marty, Julie, Gail and Diane) work throughout Norfolk bringing 1:1 support and advice to Carers over 18 years old. If you would like support then please contact us and we will put you in contact with a Carers Support Lead who works in your area.
Young Adult Carers Team:
Our Young Adult Carers Team comprises of Claudia (Transitions Project Worker in West Norfolk) and Katie (Transitions Project Worker in North/Norwich). Hayley (Transitions Project Worker in East/Norwich) and Vikki (Transitions Project Worker in South/Norwich). The team provide 1:1 support to young people in Norfolk, as well as offering them social events and residential breaks. We are also working with The Matthew Project in delivering the new Unity Service to Young Carers affected by drug or alcohol misuse. The Young Carers Support Workers involved in this project are Sam, Jade and Jessica.
Young Carers Team:
The Young Carers Service is run by Kat and Jessica as well as DBS-checked volunteers. They provide fortnightly groups, trips and residentials for Young Carers aged 6-16 years old.
